Where the line stops, the sky doesn't.

Starlink installed properly, anywhere on the island. Sited, mounted, routed and integrated into the network you already have — and tested before we pack up.

Why Starlink

Why / 01—03

Built for places cables can't reach.

Glens, headlands, farms at the end of a long lane. If the line stops short of your door, the sky doesn't.

01 · ORBIT

Satellites that move.

Thousands of them in low-Earth orbit, rather than one parked far out over the equator. Your dish tracks whichever is overhead and hands over to the next as it sets — which is why siting it well matters so much.

02 · SKY, NOT STREET

Nothing to dig, nothing to wait for.

A Starlink install doesn't wait on cabinets, ducting or a rollout date. It waits on one thing — a good enough view of the sky from somewhere we can fix a mount. That's what the survey settles, on the day.

03 · ONE VISIT

Done properly, in one go.

Siting, mounting, weatherproofing, cable routing and network integration handled in a single visit, by the person who picks up the phone afterwards.

Install / 01—04

Four steps, van to uplink.

The same route through every install, whether it's a bungalow in town or a farmhouse at the end of a track.

We survey

We walk the property and find the spot with the clearest view of the sky — clear of trees, chimneys and the ridge next door. Nothing gets drilled until that's settled.

We mount

Roof, wall, pole or ground. Specced for exposed Manx weather and fixed to something that will hold it through a gale.

We route

Cable run into the house the tidy way, sealed at every penetration and clipped so it stays where it was put.

We integrate and test

Woven into your existing network, or a new one built around it. App set up, firmware current, and the connection exercised on site before we leave.

Included / 01—06

Everything the install actually needs.

One visit, one invoice. Nothing on this list is an extra you find out about later.

01

Site survey

The sky-view check that decides everything else: obstructions found, mounting point agreed, cable route walked before a hole is made.

02

Proper mount

Roof, wall, pole or ground mounts, specced for exposed Manx weather and fixed to something that will hold them.

03

Weatherproof cable runs

Tidy runs into the house, sealed at every penetration and clipped so they stay where they were put.

04

Network integration

The dish is half the job. Router, mesh and wired points sorted so the connection reaches the rooms you actually use — see networking.

05

Setup and testing

App configured, firmware current, the obstruction check run, and the connection exercised on site before the van leaves.

06

Support afterwards

A question later, a tweak, or something misbehaving after a rough night — remote help or a return visit. The install comes with a human attached.

Does Starlink work anywhere on the Isle of Man?

Coverage is island-wide — glens, headlands and farms the cables never reached. What decides it is a clear enough view of the sky from a spot we can mount to, so every install starts with a site survey before anything gets drilled.

I've already bought a Starlink kit. Can you install it?

Yes. Siting, mounting, cable routing and network integration are where an install succeeds or fails. Bring your own kit or have us supply it — the job runs the same way either way.

What does a professional install include?

A site survey, a roof, wall, pole or ground mount specced for Manx weather, weatherproofed cable routing into the house, network integration, app and firmware setup, and the connection checked on site before we leave.

What if trees or a chimney are in the way?

That's what the survey is for. Obstructions are found first and the mounting point is chosen around them — a different roof face, a gable, or a pole clear of the tree line. If a spot won't work, we'll say so before anything is fitted.

How long does an install take?

Usually one visit. Surveyed, mounted, routed, integrated and tested the same day — one visit, one invoice, no loose ends.
